The Current is the student newspaper of Green River College (formerly Green River Community College). It has been an important reporting voice of the students dating back to the founding of the college in 1965.

The development and digitization and cataloging of this archive was accomplished through a collaboration of librarians and work study students between Summer Quarter 2014 and Summer Quarter 2015.
